Tenant called this morning bitching about the grass being long. Damnit man, it's been raining for 60 days straight it seems! OK, it hasn't rained the last few days but I've been fixing walls and windows after all the friggin rain. Worst part is - I was going over there tonight anyway. Sigh.
Also going to see a house tonight that is a definite strong possibility. Here's hoping.

My husband and I are small-small-small-time landlords in the city of Hamilton, Ontario. This blog tells of our trials and tribulations as we try to succeed at one of the hardest ventures we have ever set ourselves on. We both also have full-time jobs that actually pay the bills, AND two kids - one brand new. We currently have five 100+ year-old Victorian houses, one duplex, and three triplexes. They are constantly leaking, breaking, sagging, or leaning.
